Half way there.

I set a goal exactly a month a go to burn 1000 calories a day through work out... I did it! Today I completed my 30th day and I have a goal to continue on for 30 more... I am concentrating now on a few pounds I have to lose instead of muscle tone... anyone feel like joining in on a 30 day challenge ?

Totally will!! I have found the best way to shed the last extra stubborn pounds is to run at a regular pae that you could keep for like 30 min. but every 5 min sprint for 2 min. then instead of walking to recover you go back to the regular pace jog. I have been doing that for a week now and lost 2.5 lbs!!! but it is the stubborn belly fat that is melting away!! Halleluja! I can have a flat belly once again after having kids!
